Back to Church
It was SO good to be back at church this morning! Pure joy. To top it off, it was old-time Gospel song week. "Near the Cross" was one, a Fanny Crosby hymn, introduced by the story that she was once asked, "Would you want most of all for your eyes to be healed?" She replied, "No. This way, Jesus is the first person I will ever see."
I teared up and thought, "Jesus is the first person that, since age five, I will be able to run to."
